In New Zealand Nyalic NZ Ltd, a privately owned Limited Liability Company holds the master license for sole distribution of the Nyalic and other ancillary products manufactured by HBI Inc. of Georgia USA, for the region of Australasia.

Nyalic NZ Ltd has traded successfully under another business name as a specialist protective coatings application company for over 25 years.
